Complaints:

If you have a complaint we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and effectively.  We aim to build loyalty and trust with patients and visitors.

We welcome and value feedback from our patients and visitors to our practice.  We believe feedback should be seen as an opportunity to improve our procedures and the services we offer and because we also love to celebrate our successes,  we welcome positive feedback too.
